Dez and Karoon Watersheds:

The watershed of Dez and Karoon rivers located in middle Zagrous mountain with area about 68481- . Thus watershed is a part of Persian gulf watershed .
The watershed of Karoon is 45231-, and about Dez and Shavoor is totally 23250-  area .
These area are bounded; on the north by Ghave Chay Saveh , Golpayegan and Zayandeh rood rivers , on the west by Karkhe river , on the east by Kor and Zayandeh rood rivers and Abadeh floodway , on the south by Zohreh and Maroon and Jarahi rivers area .

   Karkheh watersheds :

The watershed of Karkhe River is located in the middle and southwestern of Zagrous Mountain in the west of country . This area is extended about of 50764- and it is a part of Persian Gulf watershed area .
This area is bounded; on north by Sirvan, Ghazel-o-Zan and Ghare Chay rivers area , on the west by frontier rivers area of Iran and Iraq , on the east by Dez river , on the south by part of western frontier of country .

Zohreh watershed :

This area is located in south of middle Zagrous and its area is 16033- .
Zohreh watershed is a part of Persian gulf watershed and it is bounded ; on the north by Maroon and Jarahi water-shed area , on the east by Karoon , Kor rivers and Maharloo flood-way area , on the south eastern by Ghareh Aghay and Shappor rivers , on the south by Genaveh and Dailam floodways .

   Maroon and Jarahi watershed :

This watershed is located in south and southwestern of middle zagrous with about 24307-. Jarahi watershed is a part of Persian gulf area and Karoon and Zohreh rivers watershed bound it .

Executive Project
of Jareh Reservoir Dam

This dam is located on Zard River , main laterals of Jarahi River .
Dam situation is on the southwest of Iran in Khuzestan province and southwest of Zagrous heels .
Main purposes of dam construction are water supplying to lands of Ramhormoz for 26800 ha areas , riover floos controll-
