• Generation and sale of power and earning income by additional services , the exploitation of all units and installations belonging to the powerplant by drowing contracts .
• Whole sale delivery or sale of power to Khuzestan water and power authority or the affiliated companies of the ministry of power .
• coorporartion with real or legal entities for the execution of above services , the manner of coorporation and limits of responsibilities of each side must be defined in the contract .
• Investment and coinvestment with real or legal entities inside or outside the country towards the company's objectives.
•   Supply and import ( any kinds of necessary material , tools , machinery , equipment and installations needed by the company .
• The execution of other activities and transactions which are directly or indirectly related to the company's objectives .
