The company of power generation and exploitation of Dez dam and powerplant

• Distribution of the delivered power in the company operational zone for all kinds of consumption or retail and whole sale .
  In order to gain this goal , using high voltage posts of  Khuzestan water and power authority coorporation, in accordance with the related rules and regulations  is permitted to carry out the following activities :
  a) The establishment and development of power network and installations in all the operational fields at voltage of 230 k.v. , execution of all services and related affairs of repair and maintenance of power networks installations belonging to the company and also the installations granted to the company as concessions , investment and coinvestment in domestic organizations and companies in connection with the company's  goals within the related rules approved by the general assembly , cooperation and collaboration with other establishments in carrying out the above services , and the execution of survey and research in order to improve and develop the economic , technical and scientific bases of the distribution and conveyance of power and the exploitation methods and controls within the operational zones of the company .
